Back in 2003, twenty-two years ago, I wrote about finally watching and loving the first season of Twin Peaks, a show that was already 13 years old at the time.

I also bemoaned the fact that season 2 wasn’t available on DVD, meaning I might be in for a long wait to find out who killed Laura Palmer.

Well, as it turns out, season 2 was eventually released… in 2010. Not that I noticed.

Fast forward to today, while rereading my old posts, I’d realised something: I never did watch the rest of the show. 2003-phee was left hanging all this time.

Of course, I don’t buy DVDs anymore, but thanks to the magic of streaming, season 2, and even the 2017 revival (yup, I’m even further behind than when I started!), is right there, ready for me to finally continue the journey. Yay!

Except I remember absolutely nothing about season 1. So, naturally, a rewatch was in order before I could move forward.

So I did!

I’ve just finished season 1 (again) and am finally about to embark on season 2.

Only 22 years late. But hey, I’m getting there!
